Family & Society Plus

Database content

Family & Society Plus is a new enhanced database based on Australian Family & Society Abstracts (FAMILY) database.

In addition to the citations and abstracts it offers a collection of journal articles and links to other full text material available on the web. Full text articles included will be available in PDF and HTML and are supplied under licence from the journal publishers. Family & Society Plus will initially provide access to articles from 10 journals (approx. 2,000 articles) but this number is expected to increase as negotiations with journal publishers continue. In addition, the database offers more than 9,000 links to other material freely available on the web, such as conference papers, research reports, government documents and e-journals.
